About 4D e-Learning

We provide live online, cost-efficient provision and additional support to students in schools. The subjects offered are English, Mathematics and all the Sciences up to GCSE & A-level. These additional classes are excellent value and can be used to show impact with students who require additional support, e.g. Pupil Premium students. The provision is an excellent way of using the funding to support your students and help further close the attainment gap.

The online classes can be flexible to suit your school and students’ need. For example, this could be a middle of the day session for an hour or an after-school club such as a revision session or a homework club.

You can also use the online classes to provide additional learning for part-time students who are under the statutory 25 hours per week.

Our team will work with your school to design resources and deliver these to your students in groups of up to 30. Alternatively, we can use the material you provide such as PIXL intervention resources. If you have a particular subject need, we can accommodate this as well.

There are no system requirements for your school. We deliver our sessions through our interactive classroom and students can access from any internet connected device.

The online classroom environment is flexible and allows the students to talk to the tutor (provided they have headsets and microphone) or use the interactive tools such as “Hands up” , Yes/No, the ability to type a question or take part in a poll.

The breakout rooms, whiteboard and attention indicator also provide additional help to tutor to create an interactive learning environment. The tutor can also upload the reading material before or after the session or take an online test. Our tutors are trained to use the application efficiently and interactively.

The lessons can be recorded as per school policy and can be made available to students after the live session, so they can go over the materials again. Alternatively, if you have students who are absent from school - either short or long term - they can access the class notes and the teaching through the recordings.

You could have a group of students in an ICT suite all working with our tutor in a live session, and the work they complete could be passed back to their class teacher after the session. We can also provide additional opportunities to ensure students receive specific and specialist input when you have a teacher on long-term absence.

We have a strong team headed by Dr Christine and Mr Mark Trusson. We select the best tutors in the country. Our DBS cleared tutors are all experienced and qualified teachers. Many of our tutors have additional qualification such as Masters or NPQH.

We can provide services based on your needs. Mark Trusson would be delighted to discuss your requirements either by email, telephone, Skype or a visit to your school. A demonstration lesson using our online classroom application can also be arranged. Email us at schools@4delearning.co.uk or marktrusson@4delearning.co.uk for more information and onboarding.
